I do believe that you get better training with swinger targets or clamshell targets. Or at least nobody leaves the range in an ambulance .

It must suck when your department is so poor they can’t afford moving targets, and your Captain says Paulo, today you are the designated “No shoot” target.
Is this the same department as the one that set their indoor range on fire a few months ago?
