CCI Quiet, 40 grain,  710 FPS

Just popped 10 rounds in the backyard to an old can wanted for different felonies and it is quiet as advertised. The Missus gave it a good description ” A loud BB gun.”  The offending can was about 25-30 yards and never stood a chance.

And also as advertised, this particular flavor at 710 FPS will not cycle my 10/22 which means I will need a bolt action .22LR in my future, preferably with a threaded barrel. I needed something if I saw Bubba LePew (Pepe LePew’s redneck cousin) again getting aggressive in our backyard again and this will be the ticket

PS: It is weird to actually step to a backyard and just plink away. At least my mind briefly had to process the idea that you can actually do that without having a swarm of cops descending on you.

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee is an American PAC that lobbies for American support of Israel.

Agree with them or not, they are Americans.

But “muh principles” Massie seems to think they are foreigners.

Massie’s “muh principles often puts him on the side of Jew haters.

He was the only Republican to not vote against the Iran deal.

He also voted against the “Never Again” Act to have the US Holocaust Museum prepare educational resources for schools about the Holocaust in 2020, during a time when anti-Semitic violence was skyrocketing and Holocaust denial was increasing on college campuses.

If you go into the comments, many of his followers and supporters really up the anti-Semitism, with comments about Jews taking American money and dual loyalty tropes.  It gets ugly fast.

And if this couldn’t get worse, you underestimate politics.

A pair of emails from business associates of Hunter Biden reveal he offered to help them unfreeze Libyan assets for a $2million retainer plus ‘success fees’, while they also discussed their misgivings over his drug and alcohol use.

The email exchanges were between mid-level Democratic donors Sam Jauhari and Sheikh Mohammed al-Rahbani, who in 2015 were both working on behalf of the new Libyan government to free up $30billion in state foreign assets. They had been frozen by the Obama administration under the deposed Muammar Gaddafi regime in 2011.

He outlines the number of connections Hunter has, including his role as chairman of the UN World Food Program, and the relationship he has with then-Secretary of State John Kerry and his then-vice president father, which in turn could provide access to Obama’s file on Libya.

‘Since he travels with dad he is connected everywhere in Europe and Asia where M. Q. [Muammar Qaddafi] and LIA [Libya Investment Authority] had money frozen,’ Jauhari writes, adding that Hunter has also said he has high level access in China, and that, ‘he can help there.’

So Hunter Biden was trying to get money to convince his VP dad to release funds from a terrorist state that his dad’s boss, President Obama, had frozen.

This feels a lot like treason.

Raise your hand if you truly believe there will be a “final date” when this government will allow its serfs to get back some of the graciously granted privileges they restricted in the first place. We are being deluged with horror stories about Delta variant and we have the Mu variant on deck while “scientists”  are describing the R1 variant has been found in California. As long as they have letters and numbers, bullshit science will dump “variants” on us every time they feel we are not minding two shits about their last manufactured scare for the Covid Theater of Horror.

You can always take the jab for the convenient reasons and become a proud member of the People’s Pandemic Party with full restoration of privileges and a mention in the local Pioneer’s Paper as a truly helpful member of society who cares for the well being of fellow serfs. Don’t take the jab and enjoy being a prisoner of the state in your own house and on your own dwindling dime. If you think about it, it is a genius solution to mass incarceration.

And before you lose a nut, remember I am vaccinated, but I did get the shot by personal choice and not by coercion or imposition. I will NOT get a booster (at least till I feel comfortable with the data) but we are planning on getting the Flu shot because no medical entity is giving a shit about it and I am not planning on being “misdiagnosed” because I have the sniffles.
