Cuomo commutes 4 convicted murderers’ sentences in final hours as governor

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo commuted the sentences of four people convicted of murder as one of his last acts as governor.

“The march towards a more fair, more just, more equitable, and more empathetic New York State is a long one, but every step forward we can take it [sic] worthwhile and important,” Cuomo said in a press release. “These clemencies make clear the power of redemption, encourage those who have made mistakes to engage in meaningful rehabilitation, and show New Yorkers that we can work toward a better future. I thank all the volunteer attorneys representing clemency applicants for their dedication and service to justice.”

Additionally, 76-year old David Gilbert, who was convicted of second-degree murder and four counts of first-degree robbery in 1983, saw his case referred to the Parole Board.

Gilbert is the Weather Underground convict father of San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin, who is currently killing his city.

The Weather Underground committed a number of terrorist bombings against the United States, including the Capitol and Pentagon.  They declared war against the United States and actually killed people.

Cuomo have one of them clemency on his way out.

But I’m supposed to be concerned about people waving flags in the US Capitol Building and cursing at politicians.

Um… fuck no.

There is no health reason for this.

This is just callus cruelty for the sake of cruelty.

The point is to make people suffer because you have the power to do that.

We are run by the 10% of people in the Stanford Prison Experiment and Milgram Electric Shock Experiment that ramped up cruelty against the innocent because they could.

After reading J Kb’s last post, I have to wonder how come is it that the FBI has infiltrated, has informants or at least managed to gather tons of information about any domestic group or criminal organization they want in the past 50 years, but they cannot seem to get a parking ticket brought to bear on Antifa? There is enough video published  in the past 2-3 years for at least RICO case, yet they seem to be so good at what they do, the Feds cannot bring a case against them anywhere.

Or they are not allowed to bring a case.

Or they do not care to bring a case.
