Fort Hood sergeant indicted for murder in 2020 death of Austin protester

First Cavalry Division Sgt. Daniel Perry, who shot and killed a protester at a Black Lives Matter protest in June 2020, in Austin, was released after a posting a $300,000 bond following his indictment Thursday in Travis County for murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

“Sgt. Perry will vigorously fight all of these charges,” Perry’s attorney, Clint Broden of Dallas, said after the indictment was handed up Thursday.

Garrett Foster, 28, was shot to death shortly before 10 p.m. July 25, 2020, at the corner of Congress Avenue and 4th Street in Austin after Perry, who was working as an Uber driver to earn extra money, turned from 4th Street onto Congress and encountered the protesters.

According to Perry, foster motioned for him to lower his window then raised his rifle to point it at Perry, while other protesters banged on his car.

An interview with Foster before the shooting implied that he was there to intimate others with his AK, saying they are “too big of a pussy” to do anything.”

I’m surprised that this shooting went this way.

I’m guessing it’s heavily political and probaby influenced by Biden winning and being in control of the DOJ.

It just goes to show you that even though you think it’s a good shoot and over, the judicial system can still get you quite a long time down the road.

A bizarre incident unfolded Saturday morning in Wakefield, Massachusetts. According to local police: “during a motor vehicle stop, several heavily armed men claiming to be from a group that does not recognize our laws exited their vehicles and fled into the woodline” near Interstate Highway 95.

The incident unfolded around 1:30 a.m. when a state trooper came across a group of 8 to 10 people refueling on the side of the I-95 highway in Wakefield, a suburb of Boston. The group was dressed in military-style uniforms, carried tactical gear like body cameras and helmets and had long guns slung over their shoulders.

They told officials they were on their way to Maine from Rhode Island for “training,” Col. Christopher Mason said.

Moorish American Indigenous Group is what they call themselves. Mass Troopers probably shat a brick and called everybody but grandma to deal with the “uppity armed Negros.” A bunch of black people travelling armed and doing nothing? “We can’t have that here. Next thing they will want fair elections and respect to the Bill of Rights.”

I am sure more details will be forthcoming, but always remember FOPA is worth shit in places like New Jersey, New York and and Masshole State.

And Walgreens is shutting down their most robbed locations in the city.  I am sure they are not the only retailers being attacked and probably many small operators simply have shut down and moved to better locations or retired altogether.

Tell how this city is not heading to a total collapse.

Write your phone number on their wrist and cover it with liquid band aid in case you get separated.
Also, take a photo of them using your cell phone the morning of the event so you have their clothing, hair style and up to date photo. Just in case they get lost.
