It was a private gathering, he was not in the list, he refused to go and was trespassed.  TOTAL FASCISM!

But the part I want to address is in the video. I believe we are all tired of seeing people being arrested demanding to be explained why they are being arrested and expecting chapter and verse quote from the law and including relevant jurisprudence that apply to their specific case. Then supposedly it is your turn to present your full argument to the cops and prove they are misguided and must set you free because of whatever they think the law is, should be or wanted it to be, mostly 100% in his/her favor.

That is not how it works.

If the cops determined you broke the law and tell you are under arrest, they will mention why you are being arrested, put some nice shinny steel bracelets and put you in the back of a patrol vehicle. The charges will be explained to you once you have been processed in the local pokey and given orange rompers and flipflops. At that time, you will allowed to call your significant other for bail money and then you get to wait for court where the legal arguments will begin. If you are smart enough, you will get yourself a lawyer and try not to argue your case yourself.

What I find hilarious is that the same people that accuse cops of being judge, jury and executioners also complain why cops do not behave like judges and juries when they arrest them.

First, I’d like to point out how Steps 1 and 2 are felonies, each gun purchased to be abandoned at a minority community center is a straw man purchase.  So much for this asshole knowing existing gun laws.

Second, Steps 3 and 4 are his projecting his racism onto Republicans.  He hates the idea of minorities having and carrying guns.  He wants to ban minorities from having guns.  He can’t come out and say that so he projects it onto Republicans.

This is back in December last year. The driver was a female who panicked when she was surrounded and the can pounced upon. She was arrested nearby, given a desk appearance ticket for misdemeanor reckless endangerment and later added another charge of reckless assault in the third degree. Both misdemeanors that did not make the “peaceful protesters” happy.

You may have heard the latest FBI screw up raiding the home of a couple looking for Pelosi’s laptop. Tipsters gave info on the wrong woman in Alaska and they went full stupid into their home.  She did the right thing and has been roasting the Feebs every available second and in every available media that would listen.

What struck me as both interesting and worrisome was what was taken as evidence from the house and still not returned:

Caracas was and still is a violent city.  Neither I nor my circle ever thought looking meek was a solution not to be attacked. However the opposite was standard procedure: we always scanned and if we saw a stranger approach, we would stare with a serious warning scowl till the stranger either left or his intentions were deemed innocuous. Only then we would go back to a “normal” smiling attitude, but never ever made the conscious choice of looking like easy targets. And believe it or not, it also works on the mentally ill, specially the homeless as they may be crazy, but they are not stupid and understand that if the mess with the wrong person, it will be them bleeding profusely on the filthy alley.

It is like my petite wife says about her attitude toward approaching strangers: “Anybody may attack me and may even win, but he will be laying next to me in the emergency room.”

Don’t even pretend like self-defense is an option.  Antifa goons were there in plate carriers with rifles.  This guy was outnumbered, outgunned, was tackled, and had his gun stolen.

The Portland Police issued a statement:

On May 5, 2021, at about 12:12 p.m., Portland Police were dispatched the report of a pedestrian struck by a car near North Interstate Avenue and North Killingsworth Street. This was related to a large group walking in the street there.

As officers arrived they did not find any pedestrians who claimed to have been struck. The large group had moved away, still walking in nearby streets, some openly carrying firearms. Officers remained in the area searching for anyone who may have been injured and to collect evidence and information.

Additional calls came in from people who had been driving vehicles in the area and who were blocked by the crowd in the street. One person said people in the crowd broke out their vehicle windows, damaged tires, and sprayed them with some kind of irritant near North Interstate Avenue and North Killingsworth Street.

A person in another vehicle blocked by the crowd near North Alberta Street and North Michigan Avenue got into a dispute with people who surrounded him and took a firearm from him, as well as tools and keys.

Portland Police attempted to collect as many statements as possible from those involved. Officers will document as much of the incidents as witnesses share and will attempt to gather available evidence, including video for follow-up on any criminal allegations.

The police are asking for tips, but who is going to rat on Antifa when Antifa can come to their home in the middle of the night with lights and lasers and megaphones and camp out on their lawn harassing and threatening them?

Assaulting motorists, threatening people with guns, trying to illegally detain people, and the police were utterly impotent.

This is not people LARPing as revolutionaries.  This is an armed terrorist cell that has demonstrated that the governments of Portland and Oregon are unwilling and unable to stop them.
