The Volunteer States is the 20th state to go Constitutional. In case nobody noticed, we are slowly bypassing Congress’ lack of action on National Reciprocity.

Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

If you’re not a Tennessee resident, this doesn’t apply to you. Just one of the many ways that this isn’t Constitutional carry. It’s a step in the right direction, but it’s permitless carry, for some people.
” If the camel once gets his nose in the tent, his body will soon follow. “
Someone — I want to say it was David Codrea but I could be mistaken — noted that gun-grabbers aren’t the only ones who can use incrementalism.
One step at a time. Chip, chip, chip.
So when does Florida get it?
Oh, that’s right, our Republican Party leaders don’t want it, because they’re closet Democrats.
I have to go with “Florida Gun Owners haven’t been giving a shit about contacting their Reps and Senators.”
If your reps are anything like ours, they mostly don’t care if you contact them. We’ve had a RINO supermajority for almost 20 years, and my rep, a RINO by the name of Curtis Johnson was tasked as the Speaker of the House by our former Governor Haslam with making sure all CC bills died in committee. Haslam campaigned on the promise that if CC ever reached his desk he would sign it, but he made sure it never reached his desk.
