The gun used in a 2013 gang-style shooting in Phoenix, Arizona has been traced to an ill-fated Obama administration program that tried in vain to track firearms across the Mexican border to drug kingpins, and grisly pictures released Thursday show the aftermath.

Carlos Rocha-Lopez and Jobani Flores were shot and left for dead by a criminal assailant who got his AK-47 rifle along with 39 other guns on a single day from a single store because the federal government instructed a gun dealer to sell them to him.

Saw this in Matthew Bracken’s Facebook page where he asks “Why do we have to find this story in the foreign media?”

Indeed, why?

Because embarrassing this administration is verbotten.  Hide the murders, hide the bodies, commit all info to the Memory Hole.

  1. Is that guns store still fighting that lawsuit from the feds for participating in OF&F? Last I heard they were cut off from their bank accounts and were living in a hotel.

  2. “The gun used in a 2013 gang-style shooting in Phoenix, Arizona has been traced to an ill-fated Obama administration program that tried in vain to track firearms across the Mexican border to drug kingpins….”

    False!

Good Lord! Are they still going with that line? It’s right up there with “botched trafficking sting”.

One more time, everyone: They didn’t even TRY to track them! Tracking was never part of the mission parameters. They literally just let the guns go into the hands of murderous cartels. No interdiction, no tracking. Can we finally end this “botched/failed sting” meme?

    1. I heard that one or two of the rifles had GPS trackers in them, but of course, you can’t follow them over the border into Mexico and their police are so corrupt that it is laughable that they would assist. Thus, effectively, there was not even a half-assed effort of tracking these guns. This was pure arms trafficking to plant a false flag to impugn firearms owners. Disgusting.

Oh, and the media, I call them the “water carrying whores for the Obama administration” and they operate like the three blind mice.

AG Holder and the POTUS should be tried for breaking arms trafficking laws and an act of war against an ally, Mexico, when they supplied arms to the narco-terrorist enemy of that government.
