Warning: I was passed a post by the “Gun Blog” that won’t be mentioned and which it states that Florida Ag Commissioner Nikki “Ganja” Fried are already sabotaging CWP holders and invalidating in at least one occasion.
The show “proof” alongside the content of the post. I found a couple of blatant mistakes that lead me to believe this is a hoax.
I am not saying that Miss Pothead is not trying or doing something, but this particular “incident” has me hearing more ringing than the Carol of The Bells.
If you happen to bump into it, cross check what’s in the post with what’s in the application form for Florida’s CWP.
Be careful. Don’t buy into the fake outrage. We have a real threat to CWP in Tallahassee with SB 1122

Licenses to Carry Concealed Weapons or Firearms: Reducing the number of years that such licenses are valid; requiring that certain persons successfully demonstrate firearms proficiency through a specified course to obtain a license; providing course requirements, etc.
PS: This link may come in handy too.
Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm Licenses that were issued on or after June 11, 2008, are valid for seven years. Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm Licenses that were issued before June 11, 2008, are only valid for five years. You can find the expiration date on the front of your license.
Sounds like a false flag to make pro-gun folks look as if they’re prone to fabricating fake news.
The person claiming this has posted it to Arfcom too.
You mean Barfcom? 🙂
So… his first permit was issued in 2007; which would have been for five years. That means a 2012 renewal, which would be good for 7.
That means this year, not in 2017 when he says he renewed.
