JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — A juror dismissed during deliberations in former U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown’s fraud trial in Florida told his colleagues that the “Holy Spirit” told him she was not guilty, according to a court transcript.
I seriously need to consider moving out of Florida. This place is getting weirder than usual.
Since the left seem to think people who believe in God are crazy, they shouldn’t have a problem with this, right?
Almost sounds like someone WANTED to get out of jury duty and knew a good way to do it. Like telling the lawyers that you plan to weigh the facts logically and without being emotionally swayed.
This was during deliberations…. kinda late for the getting out part.
Not quite as good as the guy who showed up in the Starfleet uniform. Good enouhh, though.
