2. Yeah, someone needs to clarify b. Does that apply to a well built home range? As far as I can tell this basically just outlaws firing a gun in a “residential district” without using a proper backstop. I think that is a valid and just regulation, and the exceptions seem to cover all the necessary stuff. So yeah, seems like a good law. It may have some tightening up to do but unfortunately (and as always) that will have to be handled in court (how substantial does the backstop have to be to invoke provision b for example). I also like how they are not criminalizing a ND that does no damage. Kudos to whoever wrote this, I hope the courts don’t screw it up too badly.

5. I think most states have a similar law already,like such as no gun fire within city limits or such.Unless one is defending ones self.

   1. Bean1980, not so funny, curled up in a closet with what they call it, frozen fear. I had a knife, i was scared. Cops show up with swat team, a negotiater, 9 cops in my room in closet, i was curled up and couldnt move or talk or hear, like the movie, DONT BREATH because your so scared. I wouldn’tcome out so they tazzed me, used a broomstick and shot me twice in my wrist with 12 gauge shot gun with bean bags of metal pellets. Its supposed to be shot at 30 feet away with no impact on skin, but they shot me at 5ft away and blew open my entirr wrist, leaving a whole bean bag in my arm. 3 surgeries and skin grafts, muscle dead, arm is worthless, but they had a newer, better story and No Attny will fight for me, so I lose and they probably laugh about it. We have zero rights, so i will stand alone in a courtroom and lose but maybe Some day, a voice will be herd. Fight Back People
