This is from the official Biden campaign account:
There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night. pic.twitter.com/Q3VZTW1vUV
— Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) September 30, 2020
The video calls Kyle Rittenhouse a white supremacist.
If Kyle’s life wasn’t canceled before, it is now.
After the Nick Sandmann case it’s been shown that this sort of political attack is actionable.
Rittenhouse needs to sue the Biden campaign for all the money. Immediately. As in by close of business today.
Update:
Formal demand for public retraction is being prepared for Biden/Harris Campaign on behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse.
I also hereby demand that @JoeBiden immediately retract his false accusation that Kyle is a white supremacist & militia member responsible for violence in Kenosha. pic.twitter.com/GrZyE8nI7Z

On behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse, I shall sue @JoeBiden & Biden/Harris Campaign for libel.
I am partisan in 20/20 supporting @realDonaldTrump.
I am non-partisan trial lawyer who aggressively pursues truth to achieve justice.
Put in your hearing aid, Joe. You will hear footsteps.

Either Biden denounce his own political ad or his election committee gets taken to court.
Lin Wood is a national fucking hero.
It is on like Donkey Kong.
Wow… clueless. To do that in a political ad, and have it endorsed by the Candidate. Rittenhouse should sue, immediately. Libel/slander, loss of consort, everything.
Par for the course.
In the MA primaries a month ago, one of the candidates (the eventual winner, unfortunately) in the contest to fill Joe Kennedy 3’s House seat was Jack Auchincloss, an alleged ex-Marine captain. He’s also a flaming victim disarmer, with the usual BS claims made by leftist supposed veterans about “I know about ‘assault weapons’ and I say mere civilians shouldn’t have them”.
He also talked about what they teach in military training, but he forgot about “don’t lie” — because one of the scenes in his video showed the couple in St. Louis defending their home without firing a shot, with the caption “60% increase in mass shootings”.
So Joe is just another liberal doing dishonorable things with images of honest people defending themselves. Nothing new here.
And right on cue, Lin Wood is about to file a retraction demand on Rittenhouse’s behalf.
I admit I’m surprised. You’d think Biden and his team would be smart enough to at least avoid that tar baby.
I don’t think it would be actionable. All they did was show a photo of Ritterhouse in the background while they were talking about white supremacists. the obvious implication is that he is one of them, but without a distinct claim that he is one, without saying “this is a photo of Kyle Ritterhouse, a white supremacist”, I don’t think you could successfully sue. They can claim that they just happened to use various images as background filler, and that the images didn’t necessarily have any relation to what was being said at the time.
He’s still got a case, as they never published a disclaimer.
There’s a reason Hollywood puts in the “resemblance” thing in the credits.
