(In all seriousness, a good friend of mine makes amazing birria tacos. If you’ve never experienced these things, find a place that has them and do it. Do it now! Do it yesterday if you can!)
I remember looking out the window of my hotel in Tel Aviv, back around 1997, and seeing a Chinese restaurant just across the street with a large sign proclaiming “Strictly Kosher”.
The cultural appropriations nuts would blow a gasket, but the idea made perfect sense to me.
