Ex-Nazi designed stamped sheet metal piece of shit.
Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

Ugh, even by H&K’s usual standards of tone-deaf elitism this is ridiculous.
You make Gun Jesus cry.
you don’t buy Taurus because they make garbage. You don’t buy H&K because they are human garbage.
H&K is basically the German version of Colt. Only unlike Colt they actually hate offering on the civilian market and think you’re stupid for paying $4000 for a piece of stamp sheet metal. Because people are stupid and do pay $4000 for a piece of stamped sheet metal. They only care about government contracts. Especially when bypassing export restrictions to conflict zones. You see H&K only caters to the most operating of operators operating by making sure the only operating of operators get their guns by for example trafficking guns to the cartels in Mexico as well as other places full of operating operators like Myanmar, Sudan, Bosnia, Sierra Leone. They were probably upset when one of their favorite people, Muammar Gaddafi was no longer in a position to buy guns from them. After all his military was full of operating operators doing lots of operating.
Ouch…. I have an hk91. A real one, not a clone. My dad aquired it back in 1978. I dont shoot it much. It has a 10 power simmons scope on a low mount. A few years ago I shot a 3 round group of 1 inch at 200 yards. Sitting down on the ground. Some guys like fords, some guys like chevy…..
This is what happens when you hire a “new media” team fresh out of college.
If you have the tools HKs are a hoot to build from receiver blanks and cut up parts kits. Plus HK doesn’t care for folks doing that sooooo fun little thumb in their eye.
I could save up and buy one sure but this way I learn something and get to run around all sorts of stuff like “you can’t have that” and “well we won’t import this”.
Some day I’ll finish that MP5 SD and cackle like a maniac.
The only accidental discharge I ever had was an ancient HK pistol. This was around 35 years ago and it was an old pistol at the time. The safety was counter-intuitive and you could only drop the hammer by pulling the trigger. Result: one round (.22) off the concrete floor into the ceiling.
I was a newbie and this was a great wake-up call.
Never bought another HK.
I also have a PTR91 clone. 8.5 inch barrel, full auto .308…. nasty fun room broom
8.5” Full Auto PTR91? In the words of John Winger, “I want to party with you, cowboy. If the two of us together, forget it.“
I have an ffl and sot Im an 07manufacturer. Ya. 8.5inch .308. Its LARGE fun. Miguel has a video I sent him of it.(feel free to share M) I went to a shoot last summer, there was 2 of us ptrs there. The local cops showed up and told us they had calls from people over 2 MILES away from where we were shooting….heh heh. Large fun
I still chuckle at one of my friends musings about HK. “You see, this stamped sheet metal gun from West Germany is the greatest thing ever. This other stamped sheet metal gun from East Germany is absolute garbage. Makes perfect sense.”
That said, I liked the HK roller gun I had in my safe (though if I get another it will be from 16” 91 Clone from PTR or an MP5-10 clone from Dakota Tactical) . I really liked that I could get a lifetime supply of G3/HK91 magazines for $0.97/mag back in the day. I like the HK P30L V1 LEM and the USP45 Compact.
What has really grown tiresome is HK trying to be a social media edge lord. It was funny for a minute, but it’s just old at this point. Make a good product for a price that people want to pay . . . then STFU.
Not a problem, because I hate HK.
Worst feeling firearm I have ever held in my hand. It makes a Glock feel comfortable. (not knocking Glock, solid performers, but they make my hand want to open up and drop whatever is in it. Uncomfortable as hell to me.) I think the KelTec has a much better grip, and is much more comfortable.
Seriously. There is, in my opinion, NOTHING good about HK products. Zip, Zilch, Nada. Aside from being over priced, finicky about ammo, and feeling like you are holding a pissed off porcupine, they are really not all that accurate.
If HK management hates me, cool! I hate them, and all their fanbois right back.
Not that accurate??? Please see my post above….
1 inch group at 200 yard is 1/2 minute of angle…
Oh and I did it twice that day.
Its ok you dont like them , thats what makes the world go round- different strokes for different folks..
Maybe mine was built on a Wednesday…..
