The girls should not need a permit to sell lemonade while openly carrying a Ruger 10-22.

Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

But the CSGV never seems to realize that it is (generally) the liberal idiot legislators (like the ones they support) who have been at the forefront of regulating everything (like little kids lemonade stands) to death. Their desire for petty control over every aspect of people’s lives is what leads to needing permits from the city, county, and state to mix water, sugar, and lemons together.
Yet they are protesting because they think we need MODE permits.
In the end they’re fine with these kids getting shut down. ..and if one got mouthy at the cops for writing a chicken-shit ticket, it’s one more “gun death” so win-win!
Do they also need a permit to go Trick-or-Treating? Do they know who the complainer(s) is (are)?
Do you need a permit to distribute treats on Halloween? Probably not, because the distribution is free. Maybe the kids running the lemonade stand should give the lemonade away for free, but charge for the cups. Cups for sale! Free lemonade with every cup!
The CSGV is just part of the stupid that doesn’t understand that the outrage over the lemonade stand story is because of the over-regulation of citizens’ activities, and is not an excuse to justify more regulation of other activities.
