After being escorted into gymnasium, maskless students were told to put the masks on or leave.
They left, given ‘mental health’ day.

My little sister frequently used to dare me. She finally learned.
Wait….
You can get a day out of high school if you refuse to wear a mask? And, the entire student body did not refuse?
Kids these days….
Sue the shit out of the school’s administration.
The students learned a few lessons today.
Unity.
What stubborn idiocy looks like.
There are worse things than “Breaking the Rules.”
This is in an IL district where a judge has voided the mask mandate. That school is now in violation of a court order.
And the school has just handed those students standing to sue, practically on a silver platter.
Will the judge do anything?
Bueller? Bueller?
He should be telling the School Board Counsel that he expects him/her, the School Board, and the School Administration including all the Principals, Assistants, and Superintendents in his Courtroom Tomorrow AM. They should all bring their toothbrushes, a change of underwear and a 3 day supply of their medications, and a damned good reason they ALL should not be held in contempt of court.
Instead he will schedule a hearing for Wednesday next week, or maybe #twoweeks out.
