I checked the report for today and we are expecting a Heat Index in the 106 F. area. So once again I send you back to an earlier post about Heat Exhaustion and Heat Strokes. And please be very careful if you are going to engage in outside activities, this crap will sneak on you and kill you.

Meany. Expected high of 93 here today. With a heat index somewhere over 100. again.
LOL… Now that is nice… I think I saw a couple of your neighbors molten into the sidewalk yesterday down here 🙂

Or so I’ve heard.(not the Springs for a change, woo!)
I swear, if I hear one more person tell me “It’s not the heat, it’s the …” I’m gonna stroke all over their head & shoulders.
Anybody else remember the scene from “Full Metal Jacket” – “It’s definately cooler. It was 104 yesterday. It’s only 102 today.” But seriously, the humidity was hovering around -10% until the monsoons came, when it was about 3,763%.
