Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

  1. I dont know how well a suppressor will work on this with the cylinder gap, but it would be fun to find out. One of the coolest .22s out there

      1. True, but “threaded barrel” suggests that one could be mounted in place of that thing that’s on there in the photo, whatever it is supposed to be.

  2. A suppressor on a revolver will still have most of sound reduction effects as on a pistol, most of the gases are still exiting out the front-end after all. Sure, some escape via the cylinder gap, but it’s minimal.

No, you won’t get the silly Hollywood “pffft-pffft,” but you all know that’s nonsense anyway.

    1. Akschually it’s not nonsense per se. A properly silenced gun does not even produce a” pfft”-sound. You hear the click from the firing pin and the “whack” on the target.

  3. Our shop sold a metric shit ton of heritage RR.
The Closer, more often than not.
The Safety believe it or not.
Not to say the price didnt hurt.
Had to deal with there CS during this Flu crap…
THAT …was a damn full time job. Them and Taurus..terrible.
Never had to Pre Flu. Which I found interesting.

Lota companies (I believe) werent or arent test firing ALL there guns. Had some with No Firing Pins, No Ejectors, No extractors, missing springs.

  4. Good luck with Heritage Arms.

I could never get past the pot-metal/Chinesium construction when they first came out.

You always get what you pay for.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
