The article points out that under Delaware law, Ms. Biden would be charged with felony aggravated menacing, reckless endangering. Now, being one of the New American Aristocracy, she would go scot-free because she is above the law of the common folk.
But what would happen if some hapless idiot would dare to do the same thing in Florida? A warning shot with people nearby would land the idiot following Vice Pres. Biden advice the neat sum of 20 years in prison like it happened to Marissa Alexander.
Remember, these are the people who know better than you and me about guns, violence and what it is needed to keep us safe.

I still think that a warning shot in the air is a good idea. The fact that the air I was warning is still inside perp’s lungs is not, technically, my fault.
Sure you already know this, but firing into the air is a REALLY BAD IDEA.
Never shoot where you can’t see. And you almost definitely can’t see the end of that parabolic arc.(perp’s lungs is an acceptable backstop.)
