That looks a lot like the Fredericksburg Va PD after their “buy-back”. Other than the 4 home-made SBRs there was not much that “needed” to be gotten off the streets. OTOH, a bunch of us went down there with cash in our pockets (and guns on our hips – it’s a bad neighborhood) and did some open air FTF purchases on the street just before the PD fence line.
