But really, here’s a hint for any gun magazine editors out there: If You Write Something That Earns Praise And Adulation From The Brady Campaign, You Need To Be (And Will Be) Shitcanned. Period Dot.

I agree with Metcalf, as do many gun enthusiasts. His demonization is just one more case of the gun community shooting itself in the foot.
Some gun laws are necessary, such as “drop safety” and SAMMI standards. However, we have a condition that far too many restrictions are already in place, so to say that we need “regulation” on 2A is just silly.
Not laws but regulations we self-impose on ourselves. And we are pretty good at that since we know what we are talking about.
