Notice how they use skateboards as weapons. They can be deadly.
According to Florida Statutes, you are right: Dealy weapons. That would make it a forcible felony which allows for deadly force to respond.
Thought the same and wondered why wasn’t that dbag tased on the spot. Video shows clearly he struck the LEO with a potential deadly weapon.
Skate boards were used in Chicago to break windows for looters. Fuvk you boy sure needs a crack in the head
