Where are the prosecutions?
There’s no prosecutions on the scale of the blocks because most of the denied sales are like my two denials. A hiccup in the computer system at NICS or state equivalent that pops up a flag to look harder at this person.
Once that look is made, they see that it’s the computer or a records problem and not an actual prohibited person and the sale proceeds as if no laws were broken, because no laws have been.
