Top Shot’s Gabby Franco. (Stolen without shame from her Facebook page)
She ain’t posing with an AR just because it is a glamour shoot. She can really shoot! I’ve seen her make her Glock sing like an opera soprano and then some.
Bad News: She is engaged.
Wow! A beauty who’s smart and can shoot! What’s not to love?
Whoever she’s engaged to is one lucky guy!
Only if he behaves π
Please explain to me why she should be disarmed because her “assault weapon” is evil in the eyes of liberals/progressives?
I see a woman who can deter a rapist or other criminal. What’s not to like?
BTW, there is no such thing as an assault weapon. Diane Feinstein and others need to stop that false nomenclature non-sense.
The closest official term to “assault rifle” ever used was for a hand-held German WWII fully-automatic (machine-gun): “The StG 44 (Sturmgewehr 44, literally “storm [or assault] rifle [model of 19]44″) was an assault rifle developed in Nazi Germany during World War II that was the first of its kind to see major deployment and is considered by many historians to be the first modern assault rifle.”
“The semi-automatic weapons’ menacing looks, coupled with the public’s confusion over fully automatic machine guns versus semi-automatic assault weapons β anything that looks like a machine gun is assumed to be a machine gun β can only increase that chance of public support for restrictions on these weapons.” β Josh Sugarman, 1988, Violence Policy Center
Josh was the one who coined the name for the reasons stated above.
