the amount of mucus released does not translate on weight loss.
Maybe different flu strains are tag-teaming you. That’s sometimes a side benefit of having kids, dear charming little disease vectors that they are; you get all the latest new stuff. It’s like lending your immune system to pistol-training.com. Hope you get better soon.

Did you get a shot? I read that the formula out now is not the one for this current strain so the shots aren’t helping

I do believe you need to get a bunch of AIRBORNE and take that like candy, it will help boost your immune system
Short of eating a citrus tree, I am popping everything. My guess I am paying for all those years I never got squat or only lasted 24 hours.

This flu is not a mild one. A healthy high school athlete died here last week from the flu. Look out for other infections over the next month, especially pneumonia.
