Our local media has now settled into two distinct narratives when it comes as why Florida is not showing the disaster number of deaths that the North East has suffered as apparently one is not enough.. They are as creative as “the dog ate my homework” and ” Grandma died and I need to take the month of… no, this one is a different grandma.”

Narrative #1 : The statistics are fake!

You guys know this one already. The Media latched on the spiteful email of a rightfully fired Department of Health employee and created this pretty narrative that spread like wildfire without one iota of evidence. Even though the credibility of Ms. Jones has proven as low as the price to a ticket to the Wuhan Province, the false accusation is still bouncing around the political faithful.

But the disclosing that Dr. Rebekah Jones’ criminal behavior put a big dent in the credibility of her defenders, so another Narrative was needed with urgency. Enter the Sun Sentinel:

Oh yes, we were lucky for whatever unknown reason that we are not piling up bodies, but nothing has to do with a smart campaign of protective measures.  I particularly like this little fragment in Grimm’s rant

DeSantis can talk about what he didn’t do back when other governors were adopting “draconian orders,” but he has yet to explain the magic formula he employed that enabled Florida to do better.

DeSantis was smart in two ways. The first one was exactly that he did not engage in Little Dictator tactics that would have risen an immediate rejection by the people, specially South Florida. Instead, he was the folksy buddy that told you, “You know? Just in case we better do this.” It is the same tone we use when we see a hurricane forming in the Atlantic and we figure we best be getting ready and putting the shutters up. If he had gone Democrat Dictator, the Media would have had a field day accusing him of being a Gringo Castro. Instead, he let the Mayors do their thing according to each’s locale and people responded voluntarily.

The second reason why we had such a low body count is very much important and it is suspicious that Grimm does not mention it: Strict guidelines on how nursing homes were to be run and the elderly cared for. DeSantis ordered all visits to nursing homes suspended, personnel and residents checked out and sent equipment and National Guard medical personnel to check and improve where necessary how the nursing homes were to operate during the pandemic. An specially, no contaminating nursing homes by forcing them to take on sick patients like His Highness King Cuomo did.  That led that Florida, with the biggest number of nursing homes and assisted living facilities and the biggest elderly population, had the lowest percentage of elderly deaths in the nation. How come Grimm did not mention our elderly? Probably because the effing abuelitos not dying screwed with his political pitch.

… what kind of fresh round of pepperjack bullshit is this? Because sure as hell it is not a baptism according Catholic tradition.

If you cannot perform the baptism because restrictions, then frigging wait or get a priest that will hold the ceremony like it is supposed to. In the Catholic faith, Baptisms are too important to be screwing around with. They “wash away”  the Original Sin and makes the baby a member of the faith. You are literally anointed with oil and given a small pinch of salt as part of the ceremony to represent Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
It also gives the baby the godparents, the ones that are supposed to step up and care for the needs of the child in case something happen to the parents, they will act as guides and spiritual counselors.

This is a fucking mockery.

Miguel has documented many times how the anti-gun activists will routinely inflate the number of gun deaths of children by including gang members in their early 20’s and criminals shot by police.

The New York Times seems to have pulled the same bullshit when it comes to inflating the number of COVID deaths.

Instead of the articles, photographs or graphics that normally appear on the front page of The New York Times, on Sunday, there is just a list: a long, solemn list of people whose lives were lost to the coronavirus pandemic.

As the death toll from Covid-19 in the United States approaches 100,000, a number expected to be reached in the coming days, editors at The Times have been planning how to mark the grim milestone.

By “mark” they mean “celebrate.”

Simone Landon, assistant editor of the Graphics desk, wanted to represent the number in a way that conveyed both the vastness and the variety of lives lost.

Alain Delaquérière, a researcher, combed through various sources online for obituaries and death notices with Covid-19 written as the cause of death. He compiled a list of nearly a thousand names from hundreds of newspapers. A team of editors from across the newsroom, in addition to three graduate student journalists, read them and gleaned phrases that depicted the uniqueness of each life lost.

Case of man found dead in car off of I-380 in Cedar Rapids ruled a homicide, police say

The Cedar Rapids Police Department said the case of a 27-year-old man found dead in a crashed vehicle off I-380 is being investigated as a homicide.

On March 12, authorities responded to crash in a wooded area near northbound I-380 and 76th Ave. SW. A property owner in the area saw the vehicle in the wooded area and indicated that someone was inside.

When responders got to the scene, they found Jordan Haynes dead at the scene.

On Friday, the police department said an autopsy ruled Haynes’ death a homicide.

Additional details were not released as the investigation is active and ongoing.

So Cedar Rapids police report his death as a homicide and the New York Times reports it as COVID.

There seems to be a discrepancy here.

So much for the quality of the research and editing that went into this front page.  I suspect that as people go through this, the will find many more cases like this where young people reported by the NYT of dying of COVID actually died of something else.

Now I’m not suggesting that COVID is not dangerous, it clearly is to the elderly and people with underlying medical conditions.

However, it seems that some people have a vested political interest in making it seem more scary than it actually is, and it’s that latter part that undermines the credibility of the government and media.

I could say this is just sloppy work, but it’s funny how these mistakes always go in the direction of bolstering their arguments.

If their cause is righteous why lie?

We now have an idea why this 20-year-old patient was in that nursing home and it’s worse than you can imagine.

20-year-old beating suspect was moved to nursing home because he has COVID-19, says father

Relatives of the 75-year-old man who was brutally beaten inside the Westwood Nursing Center began to suspect something was wrong because they couldn’t get in touch with him and they said neither could staffers at the Veterans Hospital.

What they now know is that, for some reason, the Army veteran was taken from his apartment in Detroit to the Westwood Nursing Center on Schaefer on the city’s west side.

And that is where the senior citizen was assaulted by another patient, a 20-year-old man, who was arrested Thursday after video of the beating went viral.

The suspect’s father, who asked not to be named, said his son has mental health issues and a pending assault case in Washtenaw County and should never have been placed in the nursing home.

He said his son was recently moved to the nursing center because the 20-year-old was diagnosed with COVID-19 at the University of Michigan Hospital.

The father said he’s been working with Washtenaw County Mental Health Services to get his son the help he needs and that he was placed in a group home in Chelsea. But, recently, he said his son began hearing voices and that’s when he was taken to the hospital and it was there he says that his son was diagnosed with COVID-19.

Yes, you read that correctly.

The young man was in a group home for the mentally ill, when he was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with COVID, he was sent to a nursing home full of elderly patients.

So not just was this mentally ill young man beating up elderly people in a nursing home, he was doing it while being a vector for infection for COVID.

The decision to move a violent, mentally ill, young man with COVID into a nursing home is compliant to Governor Whitmer’s executive order to move COVID positive patients into nursing homes, not unlike the policy that Governor Andrew Cuomo implemented that murdered thousands of elderly in NYC.

“Imagine for a moment, a policy that puts a violent, mentally unstable young man with a disease that disproportionately kills the elderly into a nursing home full of feeble, elderly people who he can assault and infect with impunity…”

That sounds like the opening to a Twilight Zone episode, except it happened.

And remember, the only reason this was stopped was that the young man posted the videos of him beating up the elderly online and the internet reported it to police.  The nursing home did nothing until that point.

Whitmer is being considered for Biden’s VP and Cuomo is considered to be Biden’s alternate if he can’t make it to the election in November.

I guess what it takes to get ahead in the Democrat Party now days is the commit mass murder of the elderly.

They really are embracing their Nazi/Socialist Leftist roots.
