Here is my worst-case impeachment scenario.

A. Adam Schiff’s kangaroo inquiry secretly drafts articles of impeachment. Their validity matters not one whit.

B. The articles of impeachment (valid or bogus, it doesn’t matter) go to the house floor. It passes easily, with every Democrat and some GOP congressmen voting to send it to the senate for an impeachment trial.

C. Mitch McConnell immediately moves for a full Senate trial. He has already said he would do this, and I think I know why: his family is just as corrupt as the Biden family, and he wants Trump’s swamp-draining to end ASAP, before Trump’s anti-corruption push eventually moves on to other corrupt senators, including himself.

D. 20+ GOP senators vote to convict Trump, shocking the nation and the world, and leading to his removal from office.

IMHO, some GOP senators will do it to hide their own corruption from further examination. Some will do it because of their personal animosity toward President Trump. Some will do it because they are already under deep state (corrupt FBI/CIA) blackmail control. Some will do it for the favors they will be promised following Trump’s removal. Some will do it because they are just plain ornery contrarians.

Here is a list of 18 GOP senators who I think could vote to convict Trump in a full senate impeachment trial. Throw in a few total surprises (blackmail, etc) and the result might just shock the world. They only need 20. Here is my list of 18 (so far) potential GOP votes against Trump. Please let me know if you totally disagree with any of these possible votes to convict Donald Trump, or if you have some more senate GOP names for my list.

Inconvenient Truth Badly Covered (Update)

The time of writing is 8:06 am and I just screen captured this:

And that is it about the capture, massive shooting in Sinaloa and release of Chapo Jr by cowardly authorities.  Not even the Miami Herald has anything visible in it online edition.  Not even during Pablo Escobar’s reign of Evil we have seen such servile attitude by a government towards a Narco boss, but the local media has chose to cover that the G7 meeting will be conducted in Mar A Largo and give it an opinionated scent hint of wrongness.

Nothing that could help the President will be published. Conformation that a Shithole is a Shithole and show reasons why Open Borders are a bad idea impede the proper proceedings of a Coup de Impeachment and that cannot be allowed to happen.

Update 9:32 am

Same post updated(my comment is still the same), but now shows there were gun battles after Chapo Junior’s arrest but still no mention he was released about six or seven hours ago.

I figure they will get it right sometime before lunchtime…maybe.

‎Ovidio Guzmán, son of Joaquín ‎‎El Chapo‎‎ Guzmán Loera, was released on Thursday, hours after being detained in a National Guard and Army operation in Culiacán, Sinaloa, which struck bullets, blockades and the escape of prisoners from a local prison, Public and Citizen Security Secretary Alfonso Durazo told‎‎ Reuters.‎

‎The official said that after ‎‎the violence ‎‎recorded on Thursday in the Sinaian capital,‎‎the Security Cabinet – which also involved the secretaries of the Navy and National Defense – decided to suspend the ” actions” that caused it.‎

This  full collapse of all levels of the Mexican Executive both at state and national level. Will heads roll? Some will be fired, but probably already have fatter bank accounts than your average member go government.

If you need any more reasons to secure the border, you are a fool.

Reports that the son of El Chapo has been arrested and the Cartel did not like it. The sicarios went out in full force and shooting whatever is they are after. Mexican Army and Federales engaging the sicarios. No better description than videos. (Next post continues with this story)

Full auto fire, crew-served weapons like the M2.

People jumping out of cars with their kids and going flat on the ground to avoid being caught in the crossfire. The little girl asking if they could go and who is shooting, Dad telling them both go go down on the floor.

What appears to be police in plainclothes telling customers that armed are coming from the nort and the south and that they should either escape now or find a place to hide.

Florida: More Anti Gun Bills added to the List.

IANAL Warning.

SB 548 – Firearms: Creates a new Firearms Sale form to fill beside the 4473 so other questions about the person’s background can be asked.  What questions? They don’t specify and that scares the crap out of me. And another permutation of Universal Background Checks. Waiting period exception for CWL carriers is eliminated.

SB 558 – Large-capacity Magazines: Prohibits sales, transfer, possession and almost lusting after any magazine with more than 10 rounds. Only Police and Military.

I am sure there are more to come.  Sadly we seem not to have anybody but a couple of people putting out Pro Gun Bills which led me to believe we are perceived as weak and inoffensive.  That is not good.

Unjust conclusion to a sad case.

Former Punta Gorda Police officer Lee Coel had his day in court yesterday.  He was charged with manslaughter for the 2016 killing of retired librarian Mary Knowlton.

Justice was certainly not served.

Rather than receiving the 15 years imprisonment he was facing, Coel was allowed to plead no-contest to second degree manslaughter. Charlotte County Circuit Court Judge Margaret Steinbeck sentenced Coel to 10 years of probation and withheld adjudication of guilt. So, if Coel successfully completes his probation, the whole thing disappears.
