I saw Miguel’s post Perpetuating lies for the New Helter Skelter and it sparked something in my memory.

In the days before every tier one Democrat primary candidate decided to memorialize the shooting of Michael Brown with proven lies, Senator Kristen Gillibrand attempted to race-shame voters with the death of Trayvon Martin.

I think part of the issue was that she said M&M’s and not Skittles, so half the reference was missed.

Nevertheless, it was the same thing.  Gillibrand was attempting to promote the lie that a young black man was murdered because he was wearing a hoodie and had candy, and that the same thing would not happen to a white boy in the suburbs.

This is both horribly factually inaccurate to the Trayvon Martin case and horribly offensive to black and white people in general.

She was using a false narrative to stoke racial animus to boost her woke credentials and electability among the intersectional Left.

For all the complaints the Democrats make about Trump’s divisive rhetoric, the distance they are willing to go to exacerbate racial tensions with outright falsehoods is unbelievable.

Ghislaine Maxwell was last night reported to be ready to co-operate with the American authorities in their ongoing investigation into Prince Andrew’s late friend Jeffrey Epstein.

The socialite daughter of the disgraced late media tycoon Robert Maxwell has been accused of recruiting underage girls for the financier Epstein, her benefactor and sometime boyfriend.

When Ghislaine Maxwell turns up dead in a bathtub from a wine and sleeping pill overdose (woman rarely kill themselves violently), her death will be just as shocking as Epsteins.

I am not going to rehash my disgust at how eagerly some Gun Owners are doing the job of helping Michael Bloomberg destroy the NRA.

We have or had a mole deep inside the NRA. There is no way Bloomberg  got that information without the help of somebody deeply inside the organization. But I believe we are dupes in thinking that was the only information extracted from the NRA. What about documents explaining strategy: past, present and future?  How about congressional contacts that are not common knowledge? And how about the membership list? Is it safe or is it in the hands of Bloomberg?  Old heads will remember back in the 90s when Mayors of several cities tried to sue the NRA for the membership list so they could tax gun owners for ER expenses of gunshot victims.  We are in the 21st Century now and besides a lawsuit, that list can be released so we are Doxxed for our constitutional beliefs.

I don’t see anybody considering this (If there are, my apologies and please link in the comments) and that is just mental laziness. But again. Hating on Wayne is easier than actually think.

 

Officer Timo Rosenthal said he was in uniform when he stopped at the Clovis Burger King for food and received the drawing, reports KRQE. He later posted a picture of it on Facebook where it soon went viral.

Burger King says they fired five employees responsible for the drawing, but the officer says he won’t be going back to that restaurant.

This is something Gun Owners need to capitalize on as soon as possible. The Left is on a full-fledged campaign against Law Enforcement and we should be on the side that supports them. Let Liberals generate all the animosity they want against your local cop who is human after all and will remember who treated him/her like shit and who stood in support.

But this strategy will require sacrifice. And it is not being called Cop Groupie and insulted like them (We are being called terrorists, so that ain’t much of a threat) but the sacrifice has to come from the tiny minority in our side who also sport Anti LEO sentiment, mostly because it is Chest Thumping®  fashionable.

Yes, I am asking you to shut the hell up.

Unless you are living in the clouds over Fiji, you realize we are heading for a possible confrontation. Cops will be sent to come after us by people that hate both groups and they are hoping to see a shooting event (or at least see your ass dragged in chains after you kill a couple of the horrendous pigs) sitting in the comfort of home.

But what if the confrontation wanted by the Left can be avoided or toned down to the point of uselessness?  What if we get 90% to flip the birds to the powers that be? What if before  a warrant issued against you for your arrest the confiscation of your firearms, you get discrete text warning you to get the hell out of Dodge? Or maybe even they will serve the warrant to the wrong address.? What if we get enough cops to be our Fifth Colum in the Government? What if gradually the whole train of Liberal Acquisition of Power slows down to a screeching stop because it is not enforced?

And yes, my dear Chest Thumpers©,  there are bad cops and their actions need to be addressed, but also you need to stop the song and dance of  that All-Pigs-Are-Gestapo-Papers-Please-Am-I-Being-Detained? I said it before: Philosophy is not a Tactic. You want real police reform? Be polite to Law Enforcement and make them your friend. Don’t be an asshole that cannot be differentiated from Antifa.

According to a local news source, (Robbie) Leonard posted to Facebook, “I hope the FBI runs the name of every witness who is wearing a t-shirt that says ‘We Will Not Comply.’ They’re a bunch of terrorists in the making.” In another missive, Leonard posted photos from the hearing along with the message “Time to dox some homegrown terrorists.” For those unfamiliar with the term, “doxing” is an intimidation tactic whereby someone makes another person’s private or identifying information available to the public with the intent prompt a harassment campaign against them.

And not a peep of censure from anybody in Maryland but the usual suspects.

I believe that the reason Robbie Leonard’s info (including his PornHub username, password and favorites) is not published ou for all to see is that our side is still behaving politely and respecting the law and basic rules of behavior.

Then again, I cannot predict how long will it be till somebody says “Fuck it, let’s do this” and decides to play under the same rules. Next we will see Mr. Leonard complaining because he is getting nasty emails and ugly voice mails while demanding 24 hour police protection from Baltimore PD while waving the Victim card.

Corrections Officer Attacked By Multiple People As He Arrived To Work In Boston

I lived in Terre-Haute, the home to the Terre Haute Federal Penitentiary.  Fun fact, that was were Tim McVeigh was executed.

So I knew a few correctional officers.

They are some of the most hated people in law enforcement.

Alarming video shows the moments a corrections officer was attacked on his drive to work at the Suffolk County House of Corrections. The officer, a four year veteran, is seen slowly making his way down crowded Atkinson Street when a man suddenly punches him through an open window.

The officer gets out and he’s jumped, police say hit repeatedly with a metal pipe and even dragged to a dumpster where the blows continue behind a fence. The head of his union, Local 419, says it’s not the first time an officer has been targeted. “Our local is outraged that the mecca of crime within the city of Boston has been brought to our front door with disregard for anyone’s safety,” said Jonathan Corey.

With all due respect to this guy, his situational awareness is awful.

First of all, why was he driving with the window down in that neighborhood?

Second, clearly, that punch was bait.

Third, this officer (dumbass) GOT OUT OF HIS CAR.

Fourth, HE LET HIMSELF GET SURROUNDED.

I’m surprised he’s not dead.

He made three major tactical errors.  Ignoring the window thing, maybe his A/C was broken or whatever, he let someone get close enough to punch him and he took the bait.  I can pretty much guarantee that those people knew he was a corrections officer and wanted some revenge on the system.

Let this guy’s pain teach you something.

If you are in a skeezy area, act accordingly.  There are parts of Miami that I know of – there are parts of every city like this for that matter – where you do not stop for fender benders.  It’s a trap.  They want you to get out to exchange insurance so they can shoot you and take your car.

The only thing to do in a situation like this, assuming you let yourself get into it in the first place, is drive.

And DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET SURROUNDED!!!

Where this story gets even worse is, as far as I have been able to find out, corrections officers in Massachusets are not considered law enforcement for the laws regarding off duty carry.  They are obligated to get concealed carry permits, which in Massachusets are may issue.  I don’t know how those are handled but I can imagine in a place like Boston, politics are such that they are effectively no issue, even for corrections officers.

I found an article from a few years ago in which corrections officers were trying to get the law changed to give them law enforcement recognition for off duty carry because of the threats that they face.  That seems to have failed.

So what we have here is a person in the law enforcement community (I consider corrections officers to be LEO’s) who because of stupid state laws was unarmed and targeted for attack because of his job.

I can tell you, every Terre Haute corrections officer I knew rolled around town like he was in the Green Zone.

This was a bad situation made worse by crappy laws and terrible situational awareness.
