And there always a moment in every revolution

… when the internal factions go after each other.

From the article:

The National Theatre has become embroiled in a bitter war of words with a group of lesbian women, after allegedly refusing to serve them drinks because a trans staff member was offended by their views.
The episode took place in theatre’s Green Room bar in the run up to London Pride, and resulted in the police being called and asking the 15 women to leave.
One of the women, Natash Read, wrote on Facebook: ‘The refusal followed a conversation with some of the lesbians in the group who were wearing t-shirts with the dictionary definition of lesbian.
‘The upshot was that the police were called to remove a bunch of sober, peaceful women, mostly lesbians for no reason other than responding to a question from a member of staff with an answer that did not align with her political beliefs, or indeed with facts, such as the fact that women don’t have penises.’

And this is why you do not leave the circus’ gate unattended: the clowns get out and then you have to figure out how to bring them back without grease paint stains all over.

We actually need some sort of Thunderdome for stuff like this: Two Genders Enter, One Gender Leaves. The Genderdome!

If you needed proof of how disgusting Democrats can be.

Also, never ask a question you do not know the answer to.

AOC was not expecting this one and it shows.

If you want to play with the big dogs, you cannot pee like a puppy. She is so used to move the goalposts and change definitions that when faced with something firm like the US Code and somebody enforcing to the letter and spirit of the law, she ends up looking stupider than usual.

Former Director Homan showed up with a rolled newspaper and used it properly.  Good for him.

Friday behaving like Monday. (Upadate)

Place an order yesterday for hardware items to be used in a small project. The main tool is not available even though it says so and nobody contacts me. They are helpful and tell me they can have it in 10 days. Cancel order and project.

Mom’s insurance denies one treatment and informs us (not the doc) that there is a cheaper alternative available.  Waste 30 minutes sending paperwork to doc and talking.

After two days of fighting with an online form, I finally get an RMA# to send an electronic device for repair.  I get the label, go to print… No ink.

It is barely 10:15 am

I still have to go out, but I do not know if it would be wise with my luck today.

Have a funny

UPDATE: I finally went out to attend some urgent business. I had a back up trauma kit, three tourniquets, 3 spare mags, 2 knives and a tomahawk. Made it back home safely, sat down to lunch, knocked the class of water which proceeded to waterfall on my groin.

I give up.
