Gun Free Zone

I was reading through the new proposed Anti Gun legislation coming up in California, and this sentence caught my attention:

By creating a new crime, this bill would impose a state-mandated local program.

And yes, I know they do the creating crimes out of the same whole cloth used for the Emperor’s new wardrobe. I guess it is refreshing to see for once some sort of twisted honesty by them saying “we believe in Malum Prohibitum and f*** you and f*** your Bill of Rights.”

“I said, ‘Jill, if there’s ever a problem, just walk out on the balcony here, walk out and put that double-barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house,'” Biden said.

“You don’t need an AR-15—it’s harder to aim,” he added, “it’s harder to use, and in fact you don’t need 30 rounds to protect yourself. Buy a shotgun! Buy a shotgun!”

The article points out that under Delaware law, Ms. Biden would be charged with felony aggravated menacing, reckless endangering. Now, being one of the New American Aristocracy, she would go scot-free because she is above the law of the common folk.

But what would happen if some hapless idiot would dare to do the same thing in Florida? A warning shot with people nearby would land the idiot following Vice Pres. Biden advice the neat sum of 20 years in prison like it happened to Marissa Alexander.

Remember, these are the people who know better than you and me about guns, violence and what it is needed to keep us safe.

Last nite I had the chance to listen to the latest Michael Bane podcast: Hard Times Ahead. I can say we are sharing the same feeling of unease for what’s coming and it is not going to be an all-paid expenses vacation to Aruba.

This administration and some extra gamers are playing with fire…and that is not a pun. My particular opinion is that they do want a confrontation and they are thinking they will win it. Not that they might, should or pretty sure they will: They have the absolute conviction that they will come on top and reign over the ashes.

As one who has seen the same script played before with the results they expect to achieve, I must warn that this is not some banana republic or middle east camel pissoir where the local strongman huffs and puffs and people run scared.

In this country, people will shoot back.

Accurately.

This morning I lucked out and was able to buy several cases of ammo. On the way home I stopped at the gas station and this drop dead gorgeous blond was filling up her car at the next pump. She looked at the ammo in the back of my car and said in a very sexy voice, “I’m a big believer in barter, big boy. Would you be interested in a trade of sex for ammo?” I thought it over for a few seconds and responded……”Well, just what kind of ammo have you got to trade?”

Now that is a true Gun Nut. 🙂
