Charges dropped against suspect in attack of elderly Asian man in San Francisco

The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office has dropped charges against a man who was arrested in connection with last month’s attack on an elderly Asian man in San Francisco.

Authorities arrested 20-year-old Dwayne Grayson for the attack on the man who was collecting recyclables in the Bayview district on Feb. 22.

Investigators say Grayson recorded the attack and posted the video on social media. It quickly went viral.

Grayson is allegedly heard in the video background saying “I hate Asians.”

District Attorney Chesa Boudin said he dropped the charges in favor of having Grayson go through a city justice program.

You’d think someone that cruel and malicious would have the book thrown at them for a hate crime.

But not when the attacker is clearly not a MAGA supporter with white privilege.  Then the charges can be quietly dropped.

He is speaking clearly up to the 6-second mark.  Then he slows down and hen the camera points away from Biden it sounds like he says:

“keep in mind, although they are going to vote on… uh… uh… Barrett, I think today…”

Did Biden have a moment where he thought the Confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett was today and that’s why he was being asked about the Supreme Court?

Allow me to say the strobe light mode is something I will not use unless I am stranded somewhere and want to signal for rescue.
I swear I saw an unnatural shape in the kid’s right hand during one of the first flashes, then it goes dark and “BANG!” My brain truthfully registered a possible weapon when it was probably just a sharp shadow of his fingers, but I could not make a proper identification in the video because it went dark before I could decide. I am not going to say I would have no shot because simply I don’t know.

What was she going to do, defend herself with a corkscrew?

Pelosi joked that she had a weapon on her in the form of her stilettos.

“I would have had these,” she said while lifting up her foot, according to USA Today.

She’s going to fall and break a hip.

This bullshit is beyond any level of suspension of disbelief I have.  It was easier to believe that some low testosterone writer couldn’t handle Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s exercise routine which meant RBG was going to live forever.

Honestly, if Speaker Grandma could take on the Capitol stormers barefoot with a stiletto heel in each hand like a Lucille Bluth/John McClane fan-fiction Mashup then they all deserve to be let go because they were never a threat to begin with.

UPDATE: It will be discussed (allegedly) on April 20th alongside a bunch of other bills. Let’s hope they don’t run out of time again.

CS/CS/HB 259 – Safety of Religious Institutions was scheduled to be discussed in the Senate’s Rules committee, but they ran out of time. Seriously, when the clock struck, they cut off somebody who was engaged in a long annoying speech and I am guessing they headed for the nearest watering hole to partake on the Happy Hour goodness because it looked like an stampede.

The issue is that the Rules Committee meets again tomorrow and according to their Meeting Notice, our bill will not be seen.

With only two weeks left, I am getting a really bad feeling we are not going to see the bill make it to the floor of the Senate, much less to the Governor’s desk if we do not raise some hell.

Here are the emails of the Rules Committee Senators. Do drop them a line asking them to take up CS/CS/HB 259 – Safety of Religious Institutions for vote.

As I have covered, repeatedly, the Mayor of New York City and the Governor of the state of New York are raging anti-Semites.

They both have put inordinate effort into oppressing the Orthodox Jewish community, sending the NYPD in to raid Synagogues, closing Jewish day schools, going after Jewish clinics that vaccinate the elderly against NY protocols, even chaining and welding the gates of parks and cemeteries in Jewish communities closed.

Just fucking yesterday I posted how Governor Cuomo went into an antisemitic fit over Jews celebrating in Sukkot.

New York has the second highest COVID death rate in America.

New York City, if it were treated on its own, would be first by a wide margin.  Arguably, NYC should be counted separately from the state as it’s somewhat unfair to let NYC dilute the utter disaster they had by mixing their numbers with rural upstate counties with very low COVID rates.

So what we have here is an insane Leftist who claims to be Jewish, who has not made one peep about the Orthodox oppressing, Jew-hating mayor or governor of her home city and state, or their high death rate, but comes to Florida and calls Floridians Nazis, even though they did much better and are being led by a governor that went above and beyond to protect the elderly in the second largest Jewish community in America and didn’t blame the Jews for the virus.

All because Der Furher of New York and Reichsleiter of NYC are Democrats and DeSantis is a Republican.
