1. This always angers me. It’s not even close to funny and the only person who might be amused by this abuse is a moron. You turn off a potential advocate of guns, injure a person, disrespect a woman, and have the childish mentality to post it for everyone to see what a jerk you are.

2. Those vids have always irked me too.

3. I’ve personally only had a girl shoot an excessively powerful weapon twice, and both times were voluntary. And one was my sister, who’s manlier than half the guys I know.

   The other was the sister of one of my brothers’ then-future wife, and I took great pains to prepare her for the shock. It was a success, and while she was still surprised(kind of unavoidable when firing a .45-70), she actually enjoyed the experience.

   My other brother trained his wife to shoot a shotgun, but I think that’s a bit different, as the 4 of us(both of my brothers and my sister) were giving her advice on how to reduce the recoil. I finally put my hand on her shoulder, found her bra strap and said “Here, feel this? Put it right here and press it into your shoulder as hard as you can.” And it worked.

   Can’t be shy when the safety of your family is on the line.

   1. I am OK with training and finding out when it is too much gun even if it might be painful. But theses assclowns were doing it for kicks and giggles. The only outcome is a woman who is gonna be pissed and hating guns.

4. Not even close to funny… Train them and they WILL love you. Do this? Not so much…

5. This is how women get turned away from shooting, and how anti-gun liberals remain anti-gun even after shooting. First time shooters should start with something light recoil like a .22LR or a .223, then slowly work their way up.
