Keep your eyes on the tiny woman in the black pants and white t-shirt who at the beginning is helping to hold the banner.

For no apparent reason, she turned around and attacks a man who is pushing a non-functioning motorcycle on the shoulder of a public road.

She throws a water bottle at him and curses at him repeatedly.

The man in the brown jacket was hiding some sort of club behind his sign and hits the motorcycle and possibly the man pushing it (it’s a little hard to tell in the confusion).

The woman then empties a water bottle onto the motorcycle man.

The whole situation goes to the extreme when he gets on the bike and turns down a side street.

The woman pursues him.  She continues to attack as he retreats far away from the protest march, running after him and hitting him.

She and the man in the brown jacket are violent savages.

This attack appeared to be unprovoked and they continued at attack as he fled.

IANAL, but to me just about everything about their behavior, especially the man with the club, would have justified a lawful response with force.

Except…

This is Austin, Texas.  The Travis County DA is a man named Jose Garza and he is a racial progressive.  He’s the Chesa Boudin or George Gascon of Texas.

There is no way he would allow one of his fellow travelers to get shot in a DGU and not press charges against the person defending themselves.

You know damn well that he’s not going to have this woman or the man with the club arrested either.

This is why they have no fear and can be as violent and savage as they want.  This may be Texas, but it’s Jose Garza that enforces the law and that means Antifa is in the Prosecutor’s seat.

        1. Could you erase that garbage? Blocking it is nice, but just having it exist at all is annoying and worth fixing. No reason to give the criminals anything at all.

  3. “This attack appeared to be unprovoked and they continued at attack as he fled.”

Not so sure the guy with the motorcycle did not say something that triggered the individual holding the sign. As stupid as the average blm idiot is, they are not stupid enough to attack random people without some kind of provocation. Words, sure. Stopping traffic, yep. Forcing an escalation of violence, absolutely.

But, this looks a bit different. It goes from a non-confrontation to hot combat instantly. (Paraphrasing). Not blm’s normal MO.

No evidence supporting the above, but some advice.
Do not even engage, in any way. Not a word. Silence is safety. End of story.

Are Tasers considered “force” in the People’s Republic of Austin? I was frightened for that guy when he was chased after retreating. This is still Texas, right?
