I agree with J. Kb when it comes to use of deadly force to defend property. But FFS, facing empty handed assholes is not the way to go.
You came out, the guy ran away, the problem was solved.
Ego got in the way, and he almost got to go to the ER plus now his truck has a nice dent in it.
PS: I am not sure, but I believe the homeowner left the truck unlocked.
From The Peoples Repubelick of Pugetopia, I assume?
(King TV = Seattle..)
That truck owner came to the field of combat unprepared for conflict. He’s lucky he avoided serious injury. As far as leaving the vehicle unlocked, that’s common these days. The idiots in WNY do the same thing despite vehicle burglaries and thefts. And whine when it happens.
A friend of ours always leaves his car unlocked in a supposedly secure parking garage because every time he locks it, windows get broken. (Good ol’ Pugetopia..)
Not the brightest bulb in the drawer, eh?
It strikes me as very interesting that so many people consider a phone video a reasonable and proper response to criminal activity. I must find out what caliber pixels their phone has, mine seems overly deficient.
