So, where has she been competing all these years? Everybody knows the anthem will be played. Is she accusing the event of rickrollinger with the Star Spangled Banner?

Nah, she lost and she is pissed she will get to stay home and watch the increasingly irrelevant Olympics on TV rather than travel to Japan for free.

  1. How dare those racist white women (redundant I know) not give up their spots for a disadvantaged black woman even though they got higher scores.
I demand the US olympic committee immediately disqualify them and adjust Berry’s scores to compensate for the other women’s privilege.

  2. This kind of thing gets to me. I’m sick of athletes, especially black ones.

I’m going to steal lines from zman and Randy Newman.

This woman was wafted up on the warm thermals of American society, and their generosity allowing her to indulge a pastime that the only benefit to the society whatsoever is to represent us in competitions. There’s no benefit to society that she can chuck something further than some other women.

She, no doubt, has scholarships and grants that allow her to cultivate her game. In virtually any other society, especially and African one, she’d be working on feeding herself and her family.

And is she grateful? No she’s hateful and she’s spiteful.

  3. Sadly, she DID qualify for the US team, and will be “representing” our country at the Olympics.

    1. That’s what I wondered. Compared to the other two, who look like you would people that throw heavy things expect to look, she is kinda gangly.

I might be cynical but maybe she isn’t there for her performance.

But then again I’m not good at throwing heavy things far so whatdoiknow.
