Looks like the thug used his crack lighter to make the mods. There was a thug in Cali back in ’12 that had a single shot version.

And yet the police are blamed when they shoot someone not following the command to put the gun down . The cops don’t have time to decide if the weapon is real or not, they must engage, disarm and secure ASAP.
