I want you to read that again. The Prosecutor in the case is apparently pissed because SYG will not let them arrest anybody they want even if they do not have the evidence to do so or even if there is evidence but they feel like an arrest should be made for whatever reasons they deem necessary.
If you live in Florida and you are not starting to feel a bit scared about your legal safety as handled by the State, you should start thinking otherwise.
