Just finished the preps for tomorrow’s Smoking of The Pork. I’ll be busy tomorrow attending the big smoking machine and having fun with the loved ones, but I will try to sneak a post or two.

Our oven is on the fritz[and now that we actually have the damn funds in the bank it’s too late to get it fixed…gRRRRR] and I don’t feel like tending the smoker tomorrow[though I probably will this weekned] so my famn damily is going out for dinner.. It’s an odd thing.
