“No one “accidentally” drives across the Mexican border with a loaded AR-15, two handguns, and a .12 gauge shotgun, plus 457 rounds of ammunition.”
Oh Thank God that accidents never happens! It has to be a burden to be so frigging perfect.
I bet 99.99% of these idiots did not hear about the Jabin Bogan case where he drove into Mexico with over a quarter of a million rounds of ammunition in his truck back in 2012. Or the case of another Florida Marine, Jon Hammar who also had the misfortune to go into Mexico with a vintage shotgun and ended up in prison. And they never heard of Richard R. Medina Torres who also took a wrong turn and ended up across the border with an AR-type rifle and a .45-caliber handgun, both were his personal weapons. am sure there are plenty more cases that never made the news and got “handled” with the proper amount of “mordida.”
But ask CSGV and Salon about the US Government allowing cartel personnel to smuggle 2,000+ weapons over the border and they suddenly become Marcel Marceau with paralysis and amnesia.
And these are some of the comments CSGV followers have toward Andrew Tahmooressi:
Jim Stewart This extremist needs to spend some time rotting in a Mexican jail before he rots in hell…just another screwball nra inspired gun nut.
Debra Stuart The guy was OBVIOUSLY on a drug run or trying to sell weapons. There is no other logical answer. He was not on his way to the beach!
Tom Dugan I am supposed to have compassion for this nut case? I don’t think so!
John Pycior “Oops, I done forgot that I had all these weapons and ammo as I’m drinking around. Maybe I should drink more beer and cook some more meth while I’m out here! ” *cue “Dueling Banjos”
These idiots make it hard to be Christian, let me tell you that.
Next time you ignore a jury summons, know that these people will not.
consider this sentence stolen
Typical short trip to the range load-out…
What happened to that motorcycle gang that was gonna go down there and try to help Andrew? I wonder what these anti gun pieces of crap would say to them.
He’s a firearm owner. Therefore, according to the CSGV, anything bad that happens to him is not only legal, but encouraged and welcome.
If we had the damn fence, he wouldn’t have ended up there. We need to quit screwing around and get this guy home!
Can you explain what you mean? He was arrested at an official border crossing, in fact the busiest international land crossing in the world.
Guy,gals…
None of these “do gooders ” have got a CLUE as to whats happening on our SW border states. They are too busy being “perfect”…………
An AR-15 a couple of hand guns, and a generous supply of ammunition would be a standard load out formy vehicle if I lived near the border. As someone else said earlier, the ammo load seems about for a range trip to me.
