Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

Based on your post above, I decided to give this series a shot… I do love me some hard sci-fi. Watched the first two episodes last night and found it interesting enough to continue with at least the rest of the first season.
But, man, is it me or did most of the characters in those first two episodes have the most bland of personalities?
Yes. And part of the thing is the “growing up” of the characters. Bland people get thrown into extraordinary times and it is sink or swim.
Plus hold on, many interesting subplots to come.
PS: I was fascinated at the Belter’s language.
I’m making my way through season three now. I started over from the beginning.
Belter Creole reminds me of Afrikaans English.
