BO has been going down hill for a while now. His hatred towards open carry, his ramblings about mandatory locking up all firearms and now this. Hell, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if he started calling AR’s “assault weapons.”
I don’t know if it’s because he’s been listing to the anti’s propaganda for too long or what, but he’s at a minimum a Fudd now.
Oh well, no great loss. It won’t be any worse than when Metcalf or Zumbo went the way of “I’m a second amendment supporter, but…”
I missed that. I never read anything from Bob demanding mandatory locking. And as far as OC, I think we both have the same dislike towards OC Idiots like Rory Watkins that have made getting the bill through the Texas legislature such a complicated issue.
Yeah, that Rory guy is definitely a douche-nozzle, but he doesn’t get that specific. He’s written multiple articles against OC in general. Perhaps since I OC every day, I might be more sensitive to it.

There’s a big difference between open carry and OPEN CARRY IN YOUR FACE. Watkins is the worst kind of idiot, one that thinks he knows what he’s doing. I don’t usually open carry, but I have a few times and it’s never been a big deal.
He is honestly not saying anything new than others have said before him. All kinds of people have be advocating to keep quick opening safe if you have kids in the house. I thaught mine to respect them & leave them be but still employ certain safegaurds to hopefully avoid any accidents. But that is up to the parents honestly, i can’t say you have to have one if you have kids & guns in the same house. Its just my preference.
