WOW! They really bent the meaning of the Bill. I guess they never read it. The Bill says your carry permit will be valid in all 50 States. A 16 year old cannot get a carry permit or legally buy a handgun from a FFL.
No bending, that is outright lying. They don’t care anymore because it is for a “good cause.”
