It depends who did the original Interview. NBC 6 partners with Telemundo 51 which is an all Spanish local TV station. If Channel 51 got there first, the interview was done in Spanish.
When the son was being interviewed, the microphone shoved into the car said “51” on it. Looks like Telemundo got there first.
