This is electronic warfare.  Radio jammers and DDOS attacks disrupting command and control is electronic warfare.

This isn’t protesting, this is a tactical operation against the police and anyone who might call them.

You will be on your own because if you try to call 9-11, it won’t go through.

Prepare accordingly.

  1. And he’s worries about the legality of false 911 calls? Seriously? Or just that they can be traced back?

  2. I said back in July that they’re way, way more organized than most people realize. They even have MOS’s, to borrow a term. “Oh, I’m medical bloc. Oh, I’m cuddle bloc. Me? I’m black bloc. Those ladies over there are the mom bloc and of course standing in between us and the cops are the press bloc and the law bloc. Then there’s the snack bloc, the shield bloc, and of course the witch bloc. If you get arrested, make sure you give your name to someone from the law bloc and we’ll make sure that Jail Support is there for you when you get released. You can request therapy bloc if you need it.”

Yes, all of those are real and exist.

It really is only a matter of time before they start doing electronic countermeasures. They figured out pretty quickly that Portland was using a stingray so they switched to burner phones and telegram (encrypted chat). That’s defensive ECM.

What they’re talking about here is offense, and I can guarantee that they have already done a field test. Portland is now cross-training with Seattle, because Seattle has basically had nightly protests since like 2008.

Election night, and/or perhaps the following night, will be BIG.

Oh, and Boris, the question about legality is posted for plausible deniability later. They all know they’re being monitored, so they throw in “what? Me? I had no idea!” and the Portland DA says “Welp, good enough for me!”

    1. Or ham radio gear, which uses an entirely different range of frequencies. Bonus points if you have a power amplifier (remember that ham radio transmitters have a power limit (on most bands) of 1500 watts.
