The left can’t admit that the Muslim religion is anti-gay. After all, the Muslims are opposed to Israel, and by extension all Jews, and they are the poor brown victims of colonialism that Trump wants to discriminate against. Thus, the Pulse Nightclub murderer wasn’t an Muslim ISIS terrorist, but was a deranged right wing homophobe. And yes when Sharia Law is implemented, the gays and Jews will share the first boxcars.

Basically it’s an an early medeival religion, optimized for soldiers, that never had a Reformation. I have no idea how or why the leftists continue to support it, other than “minority” in the US. (Globally, not so.)
