  1. That’s a raaaaacist, or phobo-phobic or something white-Hispanic thing to suggest. ?

And, that upstanding citizen even looked back to see if the man was OK. ?

    1. I agree if you aren’t aware, a gun is useless. What specific things could have been done in a narrow enclosed walkway?

We have seen the brutal beatdowns given to the elderly and Asians. Now imagine of of those beating stopped by an armed passerby. It suddenly went from Fun Beating a Chink” to your family being interviewed on TV crying about the bullet the perp caught in the skull.

  2. Thats the result of newyorkers doin the city thing of no eye contact..he had no idea it was coming. … you get within 15 feet of me you will know it.

  4. Total lack of situational awareness, a gun would have been useless. When you’re out in public always pay attention to what’s going on around you, the assailant telegraphed the hell out of that punch.

  5. I remember a line from Michael J Fox’s ‘Causality of War’ where Sean Penn said “Anybody can blow anybody away, any second. Which is the way it ought to be. Always.”
This is an undeniable truth. The recourse is that the assailant will receive just as or more harsh retribution for these acts. But modern judicial rule doesn’t to this.
