The only thing I can say is that the myth of the safe airport terminals is finally (if bloody and painfully) over. You cannot carry in the terminal of Ft. Lauderdale (or any big airport in Florida) and you cannot fart without a BSO Deputy, Homeland, ATF and Border Patrol agents complaining about the smell. Every gate has at least 2 patrols cars parked up front. Attacks to airports happened before and it was bound to happen again.
This is why I carry everywhere I go, including the few times I’m in the airport.

Agreed. Most people I pick up have a cart or luggage on wheels. Make your way out to the curb and I’ll be your best host from there on out.
