Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

  1. This is like North Korea banning travel to South Korea to keep the workers from seeing freedom first hand.

  2. Seems like that’s a pretty vagrant violation of at least the commerce clause but hey, what do I know.

    1. Maybe not — it’s a limitation on where state government drones can go on state business, right? That’s within his authority. And yes, keeping CA parasites out of other states sounds like a Good Thing.

      1. Maybe, but there is certainly infinite room for interpretation in the commerce clause considering Wickard v Filburn.

  3. I had to check – and it appears my jurisdiction is already on the list. Phew!

Now if we just can keep those asshats from moving here and voting blue . . . .

  4. Isn’t that just for state-paid trips? A state has no authority to tell their citizens where they can go.

Something like if there’s some sort of conference or something that the state employees want to go to, the state won’t reimburse for Florida.

I don’t want to hurt the state hospitality business but could we get New York to do it, too?
