Trump should announce his campaign for President today, tomorrow the latest.
Remember, he was impeached in January for abusing the power of his office because his phone call with the Ukrainian President might have hurt a political rival. Abuse of power, right there.
If Trump announces he is running for President in 2024 ASAP, any action taken by this administration against him is an abuse of the President’s power, and therefore an impeachable offense.
