to be fair, it took me 10 seconds to realize what they were doing, and what the state of that wing window is
I get why this looks humorous, but even with that rear window being out, you can’t reach the lock knob on those 8th-gen Civic coupes. The lock knob is forward and down on the door with the door handle. So, neither going in through the window, nor that tool are going to work. They’d really need a long pole to get to the *other* side’s knob via the busted window.
Duct tape is expensive. You do not want to have to replace it unnecessarily.
