The Voice of Condescending Unity Mandate either forgot to tell Chrysler/Jeep about his little DUI arrest or they chose to ignore it hoping it would stay buried. Except that he wasn’t drunk. He got stopped by fans and while sitting on his motorcycle they offered him a shot. He accepted and didn’t get off the bike before drinking it. He was observed by a LEO park ranger and charged.
His BAC was .04, so not above the legal limit. Did he break the law? Yes. Was he negligently driving drunk? No.
Oh! I am sorry. I forgot he is one of the Special Ones that does not get to live under the same laws as the little people. Being a jester to the royalty has its privileges, right?
